ENROLLMENT For International Student

China (PRC)

1. Duly completed application form
2. Birth Certificate - Notary Certified true copies for both original Chinese version and translated
3. Education Certificates with detailed transcripts - Notary Certified true copies for both original Chinese version and translated
4. Proof of 6 months of Fixed deposit of at least RMB 150,000 For Visa required countries
5. Employment Letters of Applicant's Parents. (Printed on companies'letterhead, stating the designation, salary and duration of work with the company) - Notary Certified true copie for both original Chinese version and translated
6. Applicant Parent’s Monthly Salary
7. Photocopy of Applicant’s Passport
8. Photocopy of Applicant’s Parents IC
9. 4 passport size photographs
10. Immigration Form 16
11. Interview at Singapore's Beijing Embassy and direct submission of applications to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

Registration

Students fill up the registration form and submit it to Us together with relevant supporting documents and Registration Fee.

Submission
We will do a thorough check on all the documents within the next two working days and submit all documents required for the Student Pass application through the online system of the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA SOLAR+ System).
The application will take 4-6 weeks to process.

Successful Application of Student Pass (SP)
Upon successful application, The school will send the approval letter, together with tuition fees quotation, to students via email or fax. Those above the age of 16 will be required by the ICA to furnish a security bond. (Please refer to the table below for more details)

Tuition Fee Payment
Students are required to make payment to the designated bank account of the school when the student is here or at their own country.

Entry into Singapore
Students may enter Singapore with an entry visa and proceed to the school for completion of Student Pass formalities.

Medical Check-up (Aged 15 and above)
According to the ICA requirements, students at the age of 15 and above are required to undergo a medical check-up. The medical examination fee is borne by students and ranges between S$40 and S$60. The results of the medical check-up will be available in 3-5 working days.

Collection of Student Pass
We will take students to the ICA to collect their Student Pass. Students are required to bring along with them their passport, Singapore entry visa and the medical report (if applicable).

- Student Pass issuance fee - S$70-100
- Medical check-up fee (if applicable)- S$40-60
- Insurance From Bank (If Not Able To Pay The Security Deposit) - $321

Security Bond (For Case Trust School)
Country Rate per Person

- Bangladesh,Myanmar, China & India - S$5,000/=
- Indonesia, the Philippines & Thailand S$1,000/=
- Other countries S$1,500/=

Registration Fee:

Registration Fee $350-$900 which consists: (Non-Refundable)

*Registration fee + Student Pass processing & administration fee , inclusive of 7% GST (fees payable are non-refundable)


Difference Between SQC & CaseTrust Schools

The benefits include:

» Reduced processing time from 4 weeks to 2 weeks.
» Student's Pass valid for full duration of student's study.
» Waiver of security deposit (all levels).
» For PRC students (all levels): waiver of interview at Singapore's Beijing Embassy and direct submission of applications to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
